Additional costs
A cost of € 80 for final cleaning must be added to the above rate. Upon your arrival you will have to pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 for each night for each guest in cash. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt. Furthermore, a deposit of € 100 will be due, to partially cover any damages which will be returned at check-out.
Payment terms
The apartment will be confirmed only after the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount. The balance must be paid before arrival at the apartment.

House Rules
- It is forbidden smoking in the apartment and in all indoor places;
- It is forbidden to use drugs;
- No additional guests other than those registered are allowed;
- Are not permitted events and celebrations;
- Respect the hours of silence during the night and noises are prohibited;
- Before entering the pool it is mandatory to take a shower, and in the pool it is mandatory to use a swimming cap;
- Pets are not allowed. Small pets are allowed if previously authorized by the owner;
- It is forbidden to move the furniture in the apartment;
- Throw the rubbish in the special containers of the differentiated collection;
- It is forbidden to light open fires. It is forbidden use barbeques;
- The keys to the apartment and the parking pass must be returned at the end of the stay.
